Hobe Sound transformed into an outdoor art gallery
You don't have to go to a gallery to admire works of art in Hobe Sound. You just have to get in your car. A group of dedicated artists are painting the town to make it a more beautiful place to live and visit. Drive north on U.S. 1 in Hobe Sound, and you're likely to do a double take. |
Second Hobe Sound Mural Now Complete
Nadia Utto, the impetus behind the mural project, said she and fellow artist James Hook plan to add some birds. Utto said she has identified more than 75 wall spaces in the redevelopment area that would be good for murals. She is trying to do one a month, but seed money from the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce will run out after five murals. |
